Daybreak (n.) — the time in the morning when daylight first appearsLike Volume 1, the zine will still be a Modern AU wherein contributors will be depicting our beloved characters in a modern day setting separate from the current in-game universe. The zine will give everyone a glimpse at the daily lives of the Genshin Impact characters at school, at work, or at home—no visions, monsters, or magic involved!

Q: What is a fanzine?
A: Fanzine is a fanmade, self-published work featuring various content from writing to art encompassing a theme or subject.Q: Will this be a physical or digital zine?
A: This zine will be available in both physical and digital formats.Q: Who can apply for the zine?
A: Both artists and writers are welcome to apply to the zine. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.Q: Are ships allowed?
A: No romantic ships will be featured. We prefer that characters will be depicted interacting platonically.Q: Will this zine contain NSFW content?
A: No, this zine is strictly SFW.Q: Will this be a charity or for-profit zine?
A: This zine will be for-profit. Contributors who wish to donate their earnings from the zine may choose to do so on their own preferred charity.Q: Can I sell my art piece/merch made for this zine on my own shop?
A: Contributors will retain the rights to their pieces but we request that contributors not share, sell, or post full and final iterations of their pieces until 2 weeks after shipping period ends.Q: How will contributors be reimbursed?
A: We aim to provide each contributor with one full physical bundle (zine and merch) and shipping, if finances allow. At the very minimum, all contributors will receive a digital PDF of the zine and additional items at production cost.
